What We Do We work with individuals in the following areas: Preparing an effective CV/resume and cover letter We help the individual prepare their CV/resume and cover letter, presenting their skills (including transferable skills), experience, and achievements in a way that attracts the attention of a potential employer or recruitment company and leads to an interview. Making job applications We help with the job application process, based on our understanding of how to effectively submit information in a convincing way that matches the individual’s skills and experience with the job description. Networking effectively Recognizing that networking is the most effective way of finding a job, we help the individual understand the process of networking and that it is not so important who you know, but who knows you! We equip the individual to harness networking opportunities and uncover hidden job openings. Succeeding at interviewsWe coach the individual to prepare for interviews by helping them develop their answers to the most frequently asked questions and the difficult questions, and to manage interviews with confidence and integrity. We prepare the individual to ask questions which will enable them to decide whether this is the right job for them, should they be offered the position. Negotiating a salaryWe provide tips and techniques in negotiating a salary package. We also provide advice about how to set and convey salary expectations. Developing a LinkedIn Profile We provide support in developing a LinkedIn profile.
