The program is tailored to the needs of each individual and includes: • Unlimited coaching support for three months with the option to continue with coaching for up to a further three months at no additional cost if transition has not occurred • One-to-one coaching sessions via Zoom throughout the program. The frequency and focus will vary according to the individual's circumstances and needs.• Personalised coaching tools and resources to help the individual explore career options, make decisions and progress their job search• Access to online resources, including articles and other resources developed by our experienced coaches Fees: The comprehensive three-month Career Transition Coaching Program is currently being offered at a 50% discount for appointment by individuals. (This does not apply to corporate appointments.)
