Preparing an effective CV/resume and cover letterWe help the individual prepare their CV/resume and cover letter in a way that presents their skills (including transferable skills), experience, and achievements to attract the attention of a potential employer or recruitment company and lead to an interview.
Making job applications We help with the job application process, based on our understanding of how to effectively submit information in a convincing way that matches the individual’s skills and experience with the job description.
Networking effectively Recognizing that networking is the most effective way of finding a job, we help the individual understand the process of networking and that it is not so important who you know, but who knows you!

Succeeding at interviewsWe coach the individual to prepare for interviews by helping them develop their answers to the most frequently asked questions and the difficult questions, managing interviews with confidence and integrity. We leave nothing to chance to ensure the individual is the preferred candidate. We prepare the individual to ask questions which will enable them to decide whether this is the right job for them, should they be offered the position.
